In a franchise system it is very important to ensure that the values of the organization you are joining match yours – otherwise there will always be stress in your relationship with the parent company. On the other hand if your values are in sync with the franchisor – you will be at peace knowing that the organization shall take decisions in the future that you will agree and be able to deal with.
