It is our profound pleasure to share that Mrs. Meenal Arora, Director of SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, along with the children of SHEMROCK met with our Honourable President, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, at the Rashtrapati Bhawan on the occasion of Children’s Day on 14th November, 2014. It was an honour and a great privilege for the SHEMROCK family to revel in the joy of this momentous occasion.
In addition to this, the Delhi High Court passed an order regarding the Nursery Admission Criteria for Schools, allowing private schools to set their own guidelines for nursery admissions, quashing the earlier guidelines of the city government with respect to the general category seats. Furthermore, Mr. Amol Arora spoke at various Industry Forums in the past few months. He chaired a session and shared his views on the topic “Creating a Sustainable Education Business” at the Entrepreneurship Summit at Franchise India 2014. He was also a keynote speaker at the CII – Delhi Franchise Summit where he talked about ‘Building a World Class Brand and your Development Success Team’. Additionally, he was invited to chair a session on ‘Driving Horizontal Excellence in Schools: People Management, Technology, Quality, Finance, Marketing & Student Experience’ at the VCCircle Education Investment Summit 2014.
Moreover, after sponsoring and associating with the Kolkata Kids Fair, we sponsored the “Krackerjack Karnival” – India’s Largest Kids Festival in Delhi. Our brand saw a never before mileage with print ads in leading newspapers & magazines, radio space, hoardings at key locations, social media campaigns, direct mails along with school and mall promotions. The event was a grand success and complemented the celebration of the completion of the magnificent 25 years of our Group.
Last, but never the least, “SiliconIndia” magazine, one of India’s leading magazines of the IT industry, ranked our preschools No. 1 in Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore with a cover page, featuring Mr. & Mrs. Arora and also did a cover story on the exciting journey of the SHEMROCK Group.
